Information we use

VEDIQ Numeria stores teacher account details, academy and batch information, student name, generated Student ID, learning assignments, answers, scores, accuracy and completion time. Students do not need an email address.

Children’s information

Teachers must have authority from the school, academy, parent or guardian before enrolling a child. Only information reasonably required to provide learning activities and progress reports should be entered.

Camera use

When a teacher requires a camera check for a live competition, the video preview remains on the student’s device. VEDIQ Numeria does not record, upload or store camera video or audio.

How information is used

Information is used to provide worksheets, activities, competitions, scoring, progress tracking, security and service operation. We do not sell student information or use it for targeted advertising.

Storage and access

Application data is hosted using Supabase and the website is delivered through Vercel. Teachers can access only their own classroom data. Competition access requires platform-owner approval.

Parent and guardian rights

A parent or guardian may ask the responsible teacher or academy to review, correct or delete a student record. The academy should verify the requester before acting.

Retention

Records should be retained only while needed for the learning service or applicable legal obligations. Teachers should remove inactive student records when no longer required.
