Who may use the platform

Teachers and academies may use VEDIQ Numeria for legitimate educational purposes. A child may use the student portal only under the supervision or authorization of their teacher, school, academy, parent or guardian.

Teacher responsibilities

Teachers are responsible for accurate enrollments, protecting Student IDs and PINs, assigning appropriate content, obtaining required parent or guardian permission and complying with their local education and privacy requirements.

Competition access

Competition Practice and Live Competition tools are separately controlled. Only the platform owner can approve a teacher for these features, and access may be removed for misuse or safety concerns.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, share another person’s credentials, disrupt competitions, scrape personal information, upload harmful material or use the service to harass or disadvantage a child.

Scores and availability

Scores and rankings are educational indicators and may be affected by connectivity or device conditions. Service availability is not guaranteed without interruption.

Intellectual property

The VEDIQ Numeria name, design and original platform materials may not be copied or represented as another service. Teachers retain responsibility for content they independently enter.

Suspension and deletion

Access may be suspended when necessary to protect students, users or the platform. Data deletion requests should be handled through the enrolling academy after identity verification.
